(FOUNDER & CREATIVE HEAD)
Anugrah Agnihotri is an experienced actor and mentor, whose successful career in film and television has granted him the opportunity to work on numerous projects across the industry. His mission is to provide aspiring actors with real-world exposure to acting, helping them build their careers without the need for expensive training or relocation to Mumbai.
Before founding Shoot Ready Acting Academy, Anugrah Agnihotri collaborated with Casting Director Manoj Ramola to start an Audition school. Through this platform, Anugrah Agnihotri and Casting Director Manoj Ramola helped many students secure opportunities in TV serials and web series, providing them with the guidance and mentorship they needed to break into the industry.
As the founder of Shoot Ready Acting Academy, Anugrah created this platform to offer affordable and accessible training for those who are passionate about acting but may not have the resources to pursue their dreams the traditional way. Through his hands-on approach and industry experience, he aims to guide students toward real acting opportunities and industry recognition.
Rakesh Sharma

Rakesh Sharma is the Co-Founder of Shoot Ready Acting Academy and the Owner of Osra Entertainment. With his extensive expertise in business management and strategy, Rakesh ensures that the academy operates smoothly while providing the best opportunities for aspiring actors to build their careers.
In addition to his business acumen, Rakesh is also an experienced actor, director, and producer. He has worked across various facets of the entertainment industry, which allows him to offer valuable insights to the students of Shoot Ready. Rakesh stands alongside Anugrah Agnihotri in his mission to provide opportunities to new talent and help them take the first step toward a successful acting career.

MARKETING & PROMOTION HEAD
Priyanshu Bindal is a strategic marketing expert with over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing. As the Marketing and Promotion National Head at Shoot Ready Acting Academy, he is responsible for taking the academy to a national level. His expertise in promotional campaigns, branding, and public relations has been instrumental in expanding the academy’s reach and establishing a strong presence in the acting industry.
Priyanshu’s years of experience in sales and marketing have enabled him to build effective strategies that position Shoot Ready as a leading academy, making it accessible to aspiring actors across the country. His efforts have significantly contributed to the academy’s growth and reputation in the entertainment sector.
